Chi/Ki Energy Demonstrations

To Bad there are no subtitles for this video. Kind of reminds me of the dragon ball z cartoons my sons were always watching. I must say that I do think this is the real deal.

I have recently started practicing ki Gong and can feel a definite increase in energy since I have started. I especially feel the energy flow during the movements and vocalizations.
