If you get any rude comments on your blog, and you will, once your blog really gets popular,  answer them in a calm, professional manner. Don’t get sucked into an angry worded debate. remember that other visitors and potential customers or business partners will be watching. Remember that every blog tends to have more lurkers than people who comment so even if you don’t see people responding, they are there and see what goes on.

Keep these tips in mind as you compose your blog posts. A blog can be a fantastic tool for building relationships with your customers, and to giving them a better idea of who you are and what your company is all about. Pay attention and  give them what they need, and they will be much more likely to visit your blog and buy from you or join your business.
