If you are into multi-level marketing, you should be able to know how the process of MLM prospecting works. This process involves repeated activities that you would need to do everyday to obtain success from your MLM business. You would have to repeat activities including generating leads, qualifying leads, presenting your business, collecting decisions, and following up.
Generating leads – This is an activity in the prospecting process in which you are obliged to do. You have to generate the leads on your own or buy the leads from other MLM marketers. This activity is important because if you do not have any lead, there is not one to prospect.
Qualifying leads – This is an activity in the prospecting process in which you have to qualify the leads you have generated. This means that you only choose the leads that are most likely to join and support your network. You only need the right persons to qualify as a legitimate lead.
Presenting your business – Once you have qualified your leads, the next activity is to present your business to your prospects. You can do this by yourself or have it automated.
Collecting decisions – This is an activity in the prospecting process in which you collect the decisions of your prospects. This comes after your prospects have learned or become aware of the presentation of your business. You only have to obtain the decisions of those who are most likely to join your network.
Following up – This is an activity in the prospecting process in which you have to follow up with your prospects who are interested but prefer a call back from you.
