Building A Teflon Network Marketing Mindset

In Network Marketing, having the proper mindset is key to getting to where you want to be. You have to be made of Teflon. Know who you are and what your goals are and accept no other outcome but success. DO NOT let others steal your dreams or even bother you in the slightest. Exude confidence and people will want to be part of your team.

Many make the mistake of  handling network marketing like they have to beg and plead people to attend a meeting or join their business, I don’t. I won’t chase, beg, bother people.

I choose to build my business and teach my team how to build in a non-frustrating way that attracts the type of people that will be leaders and repels the people who are not hungry to succeed.

I tell people right from the start that this may or may not be for you and if I feel that, through the course of the conversation, I think they may be someone I have to try to push to do the work of building their business or have to talk them off the ledge every couple of weeks, I’ll tell them I really don’t think this business is for you and move on to the next person.

Never come from a point of being needy. There are plenty of people out there that are as hungry as you are to succeed but you have to talk to enough people to find those who will work the way you do and do the things you and the top earners of your company are doing to succeed.

You can not and must not tie yourself emotionally to the idea that a person will sign up. This is what generates the most frustration and angst when calling your leads.

Stop caring whether they will join or not and just talk to as many people as you can each day and you will find those who have the drive and commitment to build a successful business. This is a process of elimination and you must treat it that way or you’ll doom yourself to frustration and stress.

That being said, you have to have a good system to generate a lot of good quality leads because you have to talk to as many people as possible a day to find those people who are the gems that are as hungry to succeed as you are.
